As the Operations & Marketing Manager, Steph lends her strong leadership skills to The Kearns Group. Her go-getter spirit and multitasking abilities make her a perfect fit to keep the Kearns Group ship sailing smoothly.

Outside of the office, Steph enjoys many active pursuits in the South Georgian Bay region: hiking, swimming, skiing, and biking to name a few, along with spending quality time with her family and friends.
